Chelsey is a seasoned designer with more than 10 years of experience crafting brand identities and building visual systems that scale. She spent over six years on Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Brand & Design Team, where she developed brand guidelines, high-impact campaigns, and large-scale creative assets for enterprise-level audiences. 

At Steele, Chelsey brings creative discipline and brand stewardship to every engagement. She collaborates closely with strategy and marketing leads to translate ideas into smart, cohesive design — ensuring each touchpoint aligns with the brand’s voice, purpose, and business goals. Her approach balances aesthetic precision with strategic clarity, creating visuals that not only look beautiful, but work hard. 

Chelsey believes that strong design isn't just decoration — it’s a functional system that helps people understand, connect with, and remember a brand. Whether building a visual identity from the ground up or evolving one with care, she ensures it holds up under real-world demands. 

When she’s not refining pixels, Chelsey’s chasing chickens, growing veggies, and hanging out with her daughter, Rosemary — the newest (and cutest) critic of her color palettes.
